Kasethan Kadavulada (trans. Only Money is God) is an Indian Tamil language heist comedy film produced and directed by R. Kannan. It is a remake of the 1972 Tamil film of the same name. The movie stars Shiva, Priya Anand and Yogi Babu in the lead roles with Urvashi, Karunakaran, Sivaangi Krishnakumar, Pugazh, Thalaivasal Vijay and Manobala in supporting roles. It revolves around a man who teams up with two men to steal money from his stepmother.

Kasethani's Kadavulada was originally scheduled to release on 7 October 2022, but was delayed due to the success of Ponniyin Selvan: I, resulting in no screens available for other films. It was later scheduled for a theatrical release on December 23, 2022, and then on February 10, 2023, but was delayed indefinitely due to legal and financial issues. It was later rescheduled for March 24, but all performances on that date were cancelled.Soon after, the film's release was again delayed indefinitely, but the following month it was announced that it would be released on May 12. On 7 July 2021, R. Kannan announced that he would remake the 1972 Tamil film Kasethan Kadavulada, directing and producing the remake under his banner Masala Pix, co-produced by MKRP Productions. As part of the announcement, Shiva will play the lead role, which was originally essayed by R. Muthuraman, while Yogi Babu and Urvashi would play the roles of Thengai Srinivasan and Manorama, which were originally essayed. Principal photography began on 16 July when it was announced that Priya Anand and Karunakaran would be reprising the roles originally played by Lakshmi and Srikanth. Sivaangi Krishnakumar was also announced in a secret role. Later, Pugazh joined the cast as a hacker, a character not present in the original film, and Thalaivasal Vijay said that he would reprise the role of Vennira Aadai Moorthy. By August 11, 80% of the filming was done. Most of the film was shot in a bungalow set up by artist Rajkumar on East Coast Road.
